Meet Our Sponsors

They believe in us ~ thank you!

We couldn’t do our amazing work, helping those in our community with a Disability or long-term health condition and their carers, without the continued support from our Sponsors. There are those who provide funding annually, from time to time, and maybe on a one-off occasion. We are so grateful for these organisations, as without them we wouldn’t have been able to help so many people over the years and continue with our work.
